Ending was a lil too romantic for me. Thank goodness Twilight, Spike, and Rarity were not with anypony.  
Though have been confirmed to be romantic before.  
Maybe they turned aromantic?? I could dream I guess

A logical fallacy by that assumption. Because if we assume the fallacious assumption is true, then all ponies which do not have the same coat as one of their parents, are not truely offspring of those parents. I.e., Twilight is not the daughter of Night Light and Twilight Velvet, because her coat color or her mane is not a coloration like her parents.

Hard to tell if those are hippogriff feathers or just an approximation of Spike’s frills in griffin feather tuft form.
 
The beak is all hippogriff though.

If this is a hippogriff then its beak is oddly same-colored as its coat and the feathers on its head are strangely ear-like. Much like a little dragon.
