Though most of them are probably less anger and more mischievousness.
And the teenage students appear as 20 year olds. And the Mane 6 appear in their 50s even though they are like, 20 or so. The time skip really doesnt have a set “time.” It is more like how DHX saw G4 culminating. Time, age, and years didnt really matter.
Why? A single reason: the baby Cakes appear in this episode as adults.

Okay. The student are about 20 or so now. Same age as the mane 6 in the series. When they were in school, they were about teens.
Thus, 5-7 years at max.
And if you’re gonna comment wrong, at least say why.
