Lol, not officially of course. But the only thing I’ve seen so far was the initial mould.  
Not a commission, someone just came up and presented what they were doing.

11/10 would buy

All the Kotobukiya figures have long flowing garments, accessories, and hair and the cutie mark is on them somewhere. I imagined that Starlight would probably have her own outfit, but I was afraid of what I might design, and I wanted something I could have more references on. So I took her vest and extended it and cusped it with a belt that had her cutie mark.
 
The boots crossed my mind, but I figured she would probably be better off in something more stable.

Why haven’t I seen anyone draw up Kotobukiya designs before??? This was a fun idea!  
I like the longer vest idea but personally I think you should have added height to the boots, not taken any away. I think that kind of vertical-ness(?) in the legs would have really complimented the vest.
 
I like the idea of belting the vest down too. It turns it into kind of a cloak!  

 
I didn’t love the pose initially but it’s very her. She does a lot of awkward laughing and movements and her pose is very wrist-oriented. I can imagine you relaxed the hand up at first then saw it was too awkward and drew it into a fist.
 
You should do more like this! Maybe a Sunset Shimmer? You have a lot of outfits to pull inspiration from.
