Final Concept Art with colors of Ledyanoy Svet, a Pre-made Character for Wasteland Equestrians.
The Crystal Empire is mostly based around Metro 2033 rather than Fallout, and it fits quite well in my opinion since the Empire is surrounded by perpetual snow (thanks to the Windigo and stuff). notice that she has dull color because there is no Crystal Heart anymore.
