Twilight was able to hide the pregnancy with the whole “lol look at the princess and her love of burgers lol!” but now this is trouble for her if this gets out all those crazy going go “see she is pushing the interspecies agenda!” she was hoping to stay out of any political scandals until after her first century as ruler now she need someone she can trust to watch this baby…

I think you might be right. I saw the little snout and thought it was a pony but I think I see the little ear fins too.
I think that is a baby dragon. I believe I can see the barest hints of a quickly drawn ear fin coming out the side of the head.
