I don’t think he likes Spike in general, he always likes seeing him depressed and not being able to win any girl’s affection.
Hate is a bit of a strong word, isn’t it?
He doesn’t like Spike actually being happy with somepony who respects him and doesn’t abuse him?
Pony Berserker hates the Sparlight ship, that’s why he asked to take the images down.
That’s odd, we have an entire tag for Pony-Beserker edits so I doubt he objected…

That’s most of the reason the “i can’t believe it’s not idw” tag exists, really. IIRC, Pony-Berserker said that it was Andy Price’s MLP comics that inspired him to learn how to draw in the first place.
