I meant a link, as I assumed this was from something old, but I found it now.

John is an interesting person by virtue of his crap money problem back in his youth, not to mention an asshole dad. I’ve only known one person in my life who was legitimately poor, so I can’t really say how much of what he says is justifying his pretentious attitude. His articles (yes, I’m an avid Cracked reader so judge me accordingly) went from neat and insightful to gradually, and passive-aggressively, making articles that view my generation as humorless and lazy people. David Wong is up there, too.
 
As for the anti-brony sentiment in the article, it’s the internet. Get over it and move on.

Where is this article?

The problem wasn’t that they were making fun of us, the problem was they grouped Bronies with the kind of people who grow up to be serial killers, rapists and pedophiles.  
That and it was libel so hateful it got to the point it makes Fox news seem genuinely friendly.

I thought the last two points of interest in the article were nice and appreciative of us.

Don’t know about you but I actually had some fun in that comments section.

It was the utter lack of research that made me mad, not the fact that the article targeted us.
 
All of those were old hat, and hardly the darkest this fandom has to offer.

I thought it was kind of funny, but I’m kind of disappointed that they didn’t dig just a little deeper and find the really weird stuff.
