…though if I were spotting her, I’d say she should be more careful in holding her elbows straight down and not pivoting them forward. She won’t get as much benefit from the curls if she doesn’t take care to isolate her biceps. Remember, practice doesn’t make perfect. PERFECT practice makes perfect.

Now this is a first: I’ve never seen an OC offspring of Tirek and Twilight, and I’ve certainly never seen one animated. This is… interesting. I wonder if it was… consensual.

Looks like the sort of girl that would sooner break you over her knee than give you the time of day, unless you’re as fit as her.

So… there exists a space in-between “pony with some other animal characteristics” and “crazy multi-animal hybrid” that doesn’t qualify for an MLP OC, but both extremes do?

Well… diamond dogs are canon in the show, so that’s not entirely out of the question as long as they keep a similar style. Abyssinian character consist of only Capper in the movie and a couple from the comics. Aside from those they do basically look like furries… because they basically are. Unless they have a similar theme to the OCs that relates to the show’s style, then they can easily be mistaken for furries.
 
This character however don’t have any of that going for it. While you might say that Tirek and Twilight are canon of course… outside of some basic body color similarities with Tirek, what makes this character not simply a normal furry OC?

Discord offspring are generally roughly styled in a chimeric fashion like he is. A hybrid of various animals and ponies. It is also usually quite easy to tell a Discord offspring or a draconequus like he is.

I don’t look at the tags to validate something being pony or not though. Remove those tags and there’s nothing indicating this is pony related at all. Still just looks like a demon/dragon or furry OC.

That is legitimately impressive animation. Good work.

Judging from the tags the OC is the offspring of Twilight & Tirek… Yes, I’m shocked that means some actually ’ship those two. Until now, I never really saw anyone ’ship Tirek with anyone.

Fluffy and buffy and oh-so-toughy.

Imo it kinda just looks like a generic demon/dragon OC. The animation is nice and clean though… but I’m not really seeing anything pony related to this.
