I got the perfect name for her: “Pagida”.
 
How did I come up with that name, you most likely aren’t asking (but I’m going to tell you anyway)?
 
Well, at first, I decided to look up feminine names of Ancient Egyptian origin, but not a lot of results came up on the site I use for things like these (it’s “behindthename.net” for anyone curious, it’s a great resource for stuff like this!).
 
So, after seeing they were Greek-based, I decided to put some words through Google Translate and see if anything stuck.
 
I tried “hieroglyph”, “carving”, “art” & “painting” before coming to the one I used: “trap”.
 
Seeing as these living hieroglyphs are essentially one of the booby traps that Sphinxy set up, I figured the Greek word for “trap” would work.
 
And I think GHMAA can just call them “Pagita One”, “Pagita Two”, “Pagita Three”, etc., and they won’t mind at all.
 
_{By the way, it’s actually “Pagída”, but I nixed the accent on the “i” because it fits more with the style of MLP, and I don’t know if the tag system supports accented letters (in case this gets an oc tag)}

Hard to say. They don’t normally be mothers; they as a species are artificially created rather than born :D

You could. There’s different types of living hieroglyphs. Their cutie mark determines their job, so ones with the Eye of Horus are guards :D
