Found a similar picture which if I can find I will fix the description with the artist link. Anyway I wanted to put a pony spin on it (the reference was originally humans) so we have a pink pony looking to add to her “tooth fairy” collection.

Dentists’ drills are another good one—kinda the exact opposite of ASMR.
I wrote a story once where a wasp laid eggs in peoples’ eyes. Hoo-boy did that get some comments. 🙃
Agreed. There’s really little else like a tooth pulling to make me cringe inwardly. Even most of the other stuff angryburger’s been uploading, like sounding with candles dripping wax, caused far less painful empathy than this pic.
There are two things I have learned that, when writing, I can use to really get under a reader’s skin.
Ocular trauma
Dental trauma
Both, if well described, will have readers squicked out beyond measure. Showing it in art, or even just hinting at it, can do the same.
The tought alone hurts and painful emmmories resurface >_<
