Unless the magic corrupted her in this scenario (and it probably did), I don’t think Cinch would be one to enact revenge over the Friendship Games. That’s not her style.

No story…just a set-up for a joke.
 
But if you actually want a story, i’ll make up something Endgame-style here…
 
In the future former Crystal Prep Principal Abacus Cinch acquires Equestrian magic and wreaks vengeance on Canterlot High for the events at the Friendship Games. In the attack, Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna end up captured. Sunset Shimmer contacts Princess Twilight Sparkle in Equestria for Starswirl’s time travel spell. They use it to go back in time for the purpose of stealing the Dazzlings’ pendants. Because of the nature of Cinch’s magic, the Sirens’ avatars (the ones flying around during the climactic battle in “Rainbow Rocks”) stand the best chance of taking on Abacus Cinch and putting an end to her rampage.
 
The irony is that the three nortorious villains might end up being the greatest heroes of Canterlot High…or once again stand on the verge of world-wide mind control.

A scientist can admire the wonders of human anatomy. They’ll probably write a dissertation on it, too.

Which is to say a calamity that will happen in the future relative to their current position in time, but happened in the past relative to their own experiences.
