You misunderstood me completely. I said that I would give it a “9/10” AFTER those things are added. Right now, an 8/10 is fair. Reading comprehension! Let me quote again what I wrote, with emphasis.
After they have a full roster, complete movesets, story mode finished, and all platforms, then I’d say it’s a 9/10.

They got all of the important features out, including chapter 1 of story mode. Still on their “to do” list is the 7th character (a goat), Level 3 supers, chapter 2 and onward of story mode, Mac and Linux ports (though you can play on Linux right now with 3rd party software), and eventually console ports.
