i believe those who are not Alicorn can be easy corrupt by the power but a alicorn can use it safely but most use it only is really need it but is a lot of training to master it, the amulet is black and red only when is not wear by a alicorn but a alicorn who master it, the amulet take his real color, gold and blue! and i believe only a alicorn can remove it from the need of a none alicorn but the Alicorn amulet can’t be remove by those are not alicorn, only Discord can break this rule…well we all know discord break the rule of reality but in real battle is not as powerful but when he fight he use is trick to win, this is why celestia and luna can’t win again him, even with the alicorn amulet, i believe celestia is the only Alicorn who can control this amulet by the fact she got the wisdom and power and she power and i believe is her who a create but sombra a steal it and corrupt it ,this amulet is be her weapon and is her power is in but all change when sombra change amulet and fuse with dark magic, is the reason the amulet is now a dangerous tool, and Tia still try to fixe her mistake
