It’s the scene from the very first chapter of the story. But you won’t actually find any petrified ponies in there. Most of the population of Canterlot was killed by the pink cloud, which liquefies flesh instead of petrifying it. Puppysmiles would only stumble across piles of bones laying around.

As i dont read that story and only know about some general things of FE. What happened to them that they got petryfied? Where can i find this scene in that story?
