With Discord as Hazama, I’d like to go with King Sombra as Arakune - azure ‘n crystals.  
Rainbow Dash = Bang. Done.  
But if Rarity was Litchi, then Spike would be Bang, Sweetie Belle would be Lin Hua, and Arakaune is… erm… uhhh…  
Applebloom as Carl, AJ as Ada/Nirvana, Big Mac as… Relius? Er, hm…  
Twilight could also fill the spot of Kokonoe (through their interests, definitely not due to personality) with Tager Spike. That combo works really well.  
Another thought was Cadance as Kokonoe and Shining Armor as Tager.  
However, thinking Rarity as Rachel, I’d wanna say Spike as Valkenhayn.  
Luna can be The Imperator… maybe?  
Er, wait, but looking from another direction, I can see Ragna as Twilight, making Jin Shining Armor… and Cadance Tsubaki? Ragna Twi works well with Pinkiekaka, though… and maybe Jubei could be Starswirl the Bearded?  
I can also see Luna as Rachel.
