as Strange Quark and the human approached the strange flower it announced itself “howdy, i’m Flowey. Flowey the flower… hmmmm you’re both new to the underground arentcha?” the strange flower said. “what the hell!?” strange Quark said still wary of the flower “Golly, you two must be so confused! someone ought to teach you how things work around here! i guess little old me will have to do. ready? here we go!” the flower continued. “uuuugh! this feels so weird!” Strange Quark said in a panicky voice as he felt a tendril of white energy reach into his and the human’s chests and pull out a glowing red heart from both that was then confined in a small 2D space. “see that heart? that is your SOUL! the very culmination of your being.” the flower explained. “KID, WE JUST GOT OUR SOULS RIPPED OUT BY A CREEPY FLOWER!” Strange Quark said panicking. “your soul starts off weak but it can grow strong if you gain a lot of LV… what’s LV stand for? why, LOVE, of course! you want some LOVE, don’t you? Don’t worry, i’ll share some with you!” the flower said as Strange Quark rolled his eyes. “down here, LOVE is shared through little white… friendliness pellets” the flower said as a creepy grin spread on it’s face. “yeah those don’t looks too friendly” Strange Quark said as flowey continued. “move around, get as many as you can!” flowey said as the pellets accelerated but not before the human’s soul and Strange Quark’s own moved to dodge them. “hey buddy, you missed them. Let’s try again.” flowey said with a less than amused look before creating more pellets and flinging them. again Strange Quark and the human dodged the suspicious pellets “is this a joke? are you braindead? RUN. INTO. THE. BULLETS. er i mean friendliness pellets” Flowey said getting angry as he spawned more pellets and fired them off again only for them to be avoided once again. “you know what’s going on here, dont you?” flowey said as his expression shifted again, his eyes sinking and turning to black voids and his smile growing fangs before surrounding the two souls in the pellets. “DIE!” Flowey hissed with audible venom as the ring of pellets closed in. “WHY ISN’T THIS WORKING!” Strange Quark said panicking as he tried to rip his soul from the 2d plane using the space stone when suddenly the pellets disappeared. as Strange Quark and the human relaxed, a bolt of blue and purple magic impacted the flower driving it to dissapear back underground. as their souls re-entered their bodies they noticed the source of the magic. standing behind where the flower used to be stood a bipedal Caprine creature wearing a purple robe with white sleeves and the same symbol from the door in white on the chest. “what a terrible creature, torturing such poor innocent youths” the creature said in a clearly feminine voice. “ah do not be afraid young ones, I am Toriel, caretaker of the ruins”
 
 
btw: the best quality model of toriel i found IS a nsfw model and as such she is about as thicc as any given pixar mom, but fortunately for the story she comes with clothes that can be bonemerged, albeit EXTREMELY tightly form fitting ones so yeah sexy toriel is unavoidable.
