I think in this context, she just got back from a workout. I’m fairly certain her hair was tied back just moments ago.
As long as she’s not working out, keeping the hair open shouldn’t be a problem!
For sports then yeah, she should tie it in a ponytail!
I’m amazed she never ties it up. Seems like it’d create a lot of drag.
