Twilight used to be an ordinary unicorn that had to make friends until her friends’ Cutie Marks were swapped and she finished an important spell that Starswirl The Bearded couldn’t even finish himself. All of a sudden, she got teleported into a dimension and got transformed into an alicorn by Princess Celestia herself and she took on the rule of ‘Princess Of Friendship.’
 
She had her first child a few years after she became Ruler Of Equestria and had her second child a year after. She had good relationships with her two daughters until she got assassinated when they were teenagers.
