He’s a new creation/warrior of Steel Cross, he is inspired and built after the torture devices from the inquisition age, and has a similar system of Steel Cross, and he can also disassemble and turn his tail into an axe that wields for battle with his electromagnetic grab, same as Steel Cross’ function, it’s a very dangerous machine that also acts as another executioner, a huge robot that its strength can be compared with a Bulldozer and a Landkreuzer P. 1500 monster tank combined. Also, his frontal hoofs act as a pair of canons from he can shoot missiles from a long range and his back legs are like a pair of rams  
pair of rams for demolishing thicker walls, due to his semi unstoppable power, he became an excelency element to the army, capable to overpower physically strong stallions like Big McIntosh, Shining Armor and/or even Rockhoof (much to Nuclear Star or Don Haramu’s envy).
 
 
Personality: Being a terminator-like being, he’s emotion-lacking, a ruthless, destructive and cruel machine, programed to only obey Steel Cross, Nocturne Jungle or any other leader from the guild’s battalions to accomplish their orders, specially, if it takes to even terrorize their adversaries, he’s also loyal to his creator and his followers (some can feel a bit of fear towards him) so much that he wasn’t threated or defied,
