@Background Pony #7C14
I can’t claim to have been here for the full ride, but I’ve been around a good while. “Collection of hot she-nerds” is about where I can point to. But I have a habit of tearing through archives, and as such, I can say this little strip had actually elicited some catharsis. Actual catharsis from a silly webcomic about pastel ponies.
So, people don’t get that this kid has had it coming for a very long time now? He committed lese majeste in his first appearance and got worse from there. Honestly this is tame.
As fans who have followed this comic series since the beginning, I can’t believe how practically NO one seems to get it. You are right. Johnny has had it coming for years and to see this rather tame jab brought the biggest smile to my face. Probably to others who actually follow the series too.

When I was a teen I had a kite I would fly on fishing line on the fishing pole with just the spool and handle and not the pole, that thing went crazy high… I want to try that again but put my GoPro on it!
@b95
There’s also the kite that it likely to be damaged, if not destroyed or lost that he likely made himself. And there are better ways to teach people that destroying their property, no matter the monetary price of said property.
@Meanlucario
It’s a string. He can buy a new one for less than a euro. It would be different if she broke his video game console. By the way. Getting asked about your kite don’t justify being rude. If he acts like an asshole, you have to treat him like one. Otherwise, he wouldn’t learn his lesson.
I’m not sure I’d count an overweening sense of superiority as a “treasured possession.”
Oh, yeah, that’s Johnny! I bet he’ll be amused to know that Twilight’s ass has gotten no less fat.

I hope so.
I think we’re suppose to see her in the wrong.

Again, someone being rude doesn’t justify breaking private property.
Says the guy saying that Starlight did nothing wrong.
Dude, kids need consequences. And by the way, its just a damn comic.
Edited because: Colt, not filly
That doesn’t justify harming a child’s toy.
