‘How does my little princess doing, darling?’ Rarity cooed and put her head on Twilight’s fluffy back.
 
‘I’m doing just fine, Rarity.’ The purple princess chuckled and gave a quick kiss on her wife’s forehead.
 
‘I’m talking about my daughter, dummy. You’re my big princess, remember? And I know you’re doing just fine, I talked with Flurry an hours ago and I should admit that she looked so confused and impressed at the same time. What did you tell her?’
 
‘Nothing special,’ Twilight shruged and continued. ‘Cadence and Shining Armor didn’t tell her that I’m pregnant with her little cousin. I tried to convince her that I’m alright and you have your eyes on me, and, luckily, she didn’t asked me about how the baby got into me. Though she barely cried, the poor thing was afraid that I won’t love her anymore. But it’s ridiculous!’
 
Rarity couldn’t help but smile softly and replied gently. ‘Darling, you should remember that she’s twelve years old. There’s nothing wrong with her’
 
‘I know, Rarity. What would she do if she finds out that she’s going to be big sister in several months.’ Twilight rolled her eyes and cunning smirk appeared on her lips.
 
‘What do you mean? You’re going to give birth in a week…’
 
‘Rarity.’
 
The whole room fell silent for a while, and then Rarity gasped with awe. ‘Don’t you trying to tell me that Shining Armor and Cadence are-’
 
‘Mmhmm’
 
‘That’s great news, Twilight! I’m overjoyed! Oooh, we should celebrate it, no, we have to!’ Rarity filled the room with her unhesitant laughter and hugged her wife tightly. ‘I’m going to be a mother and an aunt so soon, I just can’t believe!’
 
‘You should, Rares.’ The alicorn purred and let her grin out.
 
Rarity put her head on Twilight’s back and closed her eyes with a bright smile. ‘Am I dreaming? Tell me, darling, am I dreaming? Because it seems like I’m in little filly’s fairytale’
 
‘You’re not. All I can tell you that it’s going to be a good, good life’
