You’re already Jedi who can float food into your mouths. Using magic to hold extra utensils is just showing off.

When you think about it … If you can’t use your hooves to hold the sticks the way Aj held them over a fire, why not simply use 1 hoof to bring the food closer and just take it in your mouth ? No sticks needed since they’re not useful anyway.
 
Another way is to take example from DA:Helmie-D (he came up with a device strapped to your hoof to use human firearms without having to increase the trigger size and thus the trigger guard) and DA:moemneop (he came up with a device having a spoon you’ll just put into your hoof and eat, like we saw the Changeling faking up Derpy Hooves eating ice cream from a package) and give each customer a device with a spoon or a flat edge to put into a hoof.
