Well, I meant TTG humor when it’s not being mean spirited or trying make “Take thats” to the audience.
For me the problems with TTG are the main characters all being turned into sociopathic jerks because it’s allegedly funny and the show going out of its way to bash anyone who doesn’t like it and/or disagrees with them about stuff. PL doesn’t do either of those, so…
I actually Like TTG as it’s own thing, But the problem is that it seemed to have spawn a bunch of Copycats. Like PL
Eh. For me, most of the jokes didn’t really land. I don’t hate PL or anything, but I don’t find it more than mildly amusing.

Why you’re so serious about a cartoon?
That’s the main reason why I don’t like PL - I have no problem with its overblown slapstick or flashy cuts, but it’s just not funny enough to be engaging. I even wonder if the target audience actually finds it funny?

But I still believe you can get a chuckle out of it regardless you “turn your brain off” or not.
Don’t think much about it while watching. Watch it passively while doing something else for example.
