If you guys somehow went back in time to 1982 (when G1 of MLP came out) and showed little girls and their families from that time period this picture of the brony fandom and told them that in the futuristic year of 2010, adult males would watch MLP G4,  
Trust me, they would’ve called you crazy!

It’s funny, because I grew up in the 80s, and had two older sisters who had control of the TV pretty much. I had no choice.

People from the 80s would find other things much crazier than this. For example, that every one of us has a personal pocket supercomputer with instant access to most of human knowledge, yet we are more and more turning from hard information and reason to superficial emotions. Or that we use them for meaningless “likes” hunt after posting similarly meanlingess events from our ordinary lives.

That was the real reason the Terminator robot was sent back from the future…to stop My Little Pony.
 
But he showed up two years too late…
