RT struggles to open up to others about her feelings/problems. But Glossy’s maternal instincts have taught her all too well to notice when there is a pony in need of a good chit chat, and Raintie will get it in spades by this calm and loving mare. Ever the great listener and has many life experience badges under her belt to boot.
 
I don’t see how anypony could not benefit from a little chat with this kindhearted unicorn, never judgemental, maybe a little blunt sometimes but wrapped up in a gentle bow, like a warm hug on winter nights.
 
I’m sure Glossy will be able to talk to RT too, not having as much interaction in her life as some of the other fusions, it is a mutually beneficial relationship that just continued to evolve and blossom, even after the mare becomes Earthing Elements, and awarding Glossy the term of endearment such as Grannie/Grandma from the N64 pone.
