I suggest next time when making an edit like this, have it be a Screenshot from a scene when they’ve actually in a mud puddle, for example have the scene in “Putting your Hoove Down” when Pinkie was dropped into that muddy river.

Was she covered in mud, or was she turned into mud? Because you can’t rule these things out in MLP.
It’s easy to imagine a mud covered Twi looking through the phone book for the hours, or the location, of that spa that Rarity keeps going to. Walking home and taking a shower doesn’t even enter her mind- it’s an answer that doesn’t involve a book.
