It’s fair because he’s a bad guy and the good guys are the ones doing bad things to him, just not as bad.
(Why bother with kindness or trying to reform him anyway?)

So Pun as a member of the law enforcement got away with using excessive force against a criminal, resulting in him receiving permeant damage, because her superiors covered up the whole incident? Great moral lesson.
