This was pretty much Lauren´s plan till Hasbro said “no way we can do that in a show for 3-year old girls. Keep it to slice-of-life.”.
 
I wonder how the MLP fandom would look today if we had a more action-orientated and with a new villian appearing in every episode MLP show?
