I do believe the same. After reading the synopsis of G5 it’s almost certain that they’ll be back.  
And it’s a good thing after all the show has a message to uphold. Which failed to do so in s9.

Thats attempted murder and no even after they ‘‘won’’ for a short while they did not kill them or ever tried actually.

chrysalis at first wanted a infite food supply leading to attempted enslavement

How do you justufy attempted murder, dangerous manipulation of time and cutie mark theft because some colt moved away as a kid? How do people who cause mass chaos and misery deserve forgiveness? If those examples exist then the trio deserves a second chance to.
 
Tbh I dont think they deserved initial forgiveness as well lol but they still showed themselves to be less evil from their intended actions than the 3.

Hypocrisy at its finest. And unjustified as hell.They never got a chance to improve. on another not on the give and receive respect what have YOU done to b respected or better yet to judge who gets it or not?
 
They literally tried to murder the mane cast at least 3 times.
