But Trixie and the Illusions are not the real winners. And the Battle of the Bands is a fake! The Dazzlings lied to the entire school the entire time because they were trying to take over the human world and possibly do something what she should have done many years ago and ruled both worlds I think.

Actually yes.  
She uses illusionism, but in fact more creativity.  
The Rainbooms uses the magic of friendship and the power of script.  
The Sirens used dark magic.  
But that was a travesty!
