no it seems more like a parody of two ads of two different mobile games, one being King’s Throne: Game of Lust and AFK Arena which made a much shorter but exactly similar animation as this.
Both ads are surprisingly still up and around, and mostly with scantly clad women dancing to seduce people to get the games.
The music is the most annoying because of how quickly you can remember (because its just that catchy) and associate the music to those two ads and instantly remember and recognize them.
