Anyone have a link to the story she’s from? I’ve searched for Fallout Equestria: Star Dust in several places, but I can’t find a single mention of it.

Geez I didn’t expect that one day my artwork would be uploaded by other users first 2333. Well according to my normal habit, I always add a super long description in the description area below the image. Now I think added it in the comments area won’t be a bad idea, rite? XD  
After all, I can’t make my friends and watchers confused that “Hey, where’s the super long bilingual description below this image”, isn’t it? =3
 
So, The owner of this OC in this artwork, Rain Bow, is one of the bronies I met very early. Back to the time I was like a brainless doosh who thought that I was awesome like a genius but actually was totally a suck♁ass, when I tried to upload some artwork to the DeviantArt, Rain Bow already left messages in the comment area of my artworks, try to make contact with me. 2 B honest, I felt quite ashamed that I haven’t been able to produce any artwork for her up to now.  
So not long time ago in a QQ chatting group, Rain Bow suddenly wanted to try to copy an emoticon (Yup, the very original version of this artwork【?】), so I seized this opportunity to produce this artwork to encourage her to work a little bit harder. I think it could be a little gift for we’ve known for such a long time. (Although it was late already.)  
Then, this adorable OC, Morning Star, Reaaaaally caught my attention. Based on Fallout: Equestria; Enclave force researcher; Skillfully use all kinds of guns, cannon, lazer, etc; also she have a uniform. Who doesn’t like an adorable mare which could also fight fierce, especially she has uniform! =3

哎妈呀没想到咱的稿子居然也有被抢先上存的一天2333按照惯例本当出现在描述区的超长描述只能补充在评论区啦 毕竟咱可没法让关注咱的小伙伴们迷惑“哎今次图片下方的超长双语描述哪儿去了”不是嘛
 
图中这只小可爱的主子雨弓算是咱认识得很早的马迷之一了 大概还在咱像个啥都不会还以为自己很窜的ky小傻瓜一样在隔壁DA站上存作品那会儿雨弓就已经有在咱作品评论区留言交流什么的了 结果到现在都没能怎么给她产图咱是挺惭愧的  
前段时间在Q群里边雨弓突然想试着临摹一份表情图（就是这张表情图的原初之版【?】）于是乎咱就抓着这产图机会用这张产图来鼓励雨弓加把劲了 顺带也算是认识这么久的一份迟来的小礼物了嗯  
然后呢 这只oc 晨星（暗影格斗2晨星大锤躺枪【?】）她的设定也很让咱在意来着 Fo:E世界观 英克雷势力研究员 热兵器技能点MAX 有衣服【?】 谁不喜欢一只外表超萌但打架贼凶的小雌驹咧 尤其是她还穿有衣服（想吸的oc增加了！）
