Approaching the gates of Trottingham, the player characters of our Tails of Equestria group came across this pony. Coal Coat is a charcoal burner whose son, Little Brown, provides him with the raw materials.  
Later on in the game our group learned that Coal Coat had been arrested. Since this is an ongoing story thread in our online Tails of Equestria role playing game I cannot tell too much about it, lest the players learn any spoilers.  
Same as with all the characters drawn for the game there is an alternative version of this image with reduced opacity in which the parchment structure of the background shines through.
