Ironically, based on canon, Sweetie Belle might arguably be the most academically inclined out of the three, when Bubbles is usually portrayed as the “stupid/ditzy” one (though to be fair, they’re 5 year olds, and there was that “flower answer sheet SAT got an impossibly high score” joke, among other things), based in part on her magical affinity/talent (or her calling Scootaloo a Dodo and Scoots not knowing what that is), not that any of them are what I’d consider “stupid.” They’re definitely less ruthless as a whole than the PPG are, though I’d say something Sweetie Belle probably has in common with Bubbles is, if to a possibly more noticeable degree considering her overall more peaceful life, she has an angry side to her, has been vindictive before, would perhaps have it in her to be “hardcore,” potentially.
also I’d note that even moreso than FiM [which has a partial handwave of focus being needed/emotions affecting results], though I’m aware that it wasn’t exactly a 100 serious show, Powerpuff Girls could be rather inconsistent with how powerful/dangerous they were portrayed as being [sometimes they’re practically invincible, other times, some fat nerd captures them], and their maturity also varied%
@Burt R. the Pony Guy
They were indeed originally the Whoopass Girls, but that was considered impolite and improper for a cartoon at the time. I think if they were first created today McCracken would get away with that name.
“Sugar, spice, and everything nice! These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little fillies!”
“But Professor Sparkle accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction: CHEMICAL HARMONY.”
“Thus the Powerpuff Fillies were born! Using their ultra super powers, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil!”
Princess: Diamond Tiara
Mojo Jojo: Mutated rabbit perhaps (to keep theme of evil animals)?
HIM: Cosmos (An IDW villain who was like Discord but far more powerful and evil)
Fuzzy Lumpkins: Cranky Doodle Donkey (?)
The Gangreen Gang: Garble and some jerkass dragons (?)
The Amoeba Boys: Snips, Snails and…uh, Featherweight?
The Rowdyruff Boys: Evil versions of Applebuck, Silver Bell and Scooteroll

I believe you have a point there. Wonder when Sweetie Belle will go potentially “overboard” like Bubbles did…
All three are pretty dang cute here.

If only Scootaloo was Blossom, that will be nice Polish voice actor reference (Scootaloo and Blossom are voiced by the same actress).
