Oh geez, I didn’t even take that close of a look at first. They basically did a sloppy trace and ruined it.
You can tell between the tall panel and the two following ones that Twilight is racing to the throne room, runs in and tries to stop - slipping on the carpet (which gets folded up like) and sending Spike flying (the yellow motion lines behind Celestia), and why he’s wobbling on the last panel.
The art needed just a few more motion lines to show that.
I agree about the neck part, but somehow it seems like Twilight and spike just flew out of Celly’s butt after they teleported… A Plot Hole?
It’s too early for puns…
Boy yeah they sure did G3 her up pretty good from the inked version.
On the other hand I do like that smug face in the last panel. I call that the “Edna Krabapple face.”
