Alright, here’s the second pass with a bunch of corrections. I’m ready for a second round of critiques, so let me know what you spot so I can make additional corrections.
A few things to note: the coloring and textures are not in their final form yet. Right now I’m concerned about the modeling itself, so try to keep feedback limited to shape and form. Also, don’t worry about the expression itself… I’ll be rigging the character so that she’ll have full range of emotion later on for animation purposes.

Don’t forget that the lower eyelid is likely not gonna cover the iris for a ‘neutral’ expression. Otherwise, the eyes will read as if they’re half-closed.
Again, that’s an expression issue that will be solved with rigging. I have the geometry there to work with, so closing and opening the eye is no problem. Case in point:
It’s all about controls later on.

Yeah, I think the teeth definitely contribute to the creepy factor without any tweaks to the expression itself.
It’s probably going to stay there until I start animating, especially with a stylized character like this.
