Description
I think of a different but brutal look of Tempest when she got hurt from an Ursa Minor and lost her horn. That wound is pretty deep, because of the bear’s large claw. I was thinking that the magic went through her eye from the attack.

Oh this could go two ways. The eyepatch with sealing magic of anime or the giant glowing Borg monocle. Also, she wears a broken, burned Ursa claw and never talks about it.
