And that’s it for A Canterlot Wedding! Goodness me, I’ve been working on this two-part arc since… last May?? Good grief.

What’s next? I dunno, but I need a break. Thankfully, some generous guests have contributed some interesting guest comics to tide you over during my comic-making sabbatical.

DM: Of course, there’s still the matter of what to do about Discord… My mentor and would-be co-DM.
Fluttershy: Well, I actually had a question I wanted to ask about him, if that’s alright.
DM: I guess so. What is it?
Fluttershy: Well, we’ve been talking about the kind of game we want to play, our sort of playstyles… What would you say is HIS playstyle? He was your DM for your first-ever campaign, right?
DM: Yes… It was an epic campaign. Full of amazing characters, long storied journeys paid off with mind-blowing battles and unique, game-bending loot… The man knows how to tell a tale, make you feel powerful, and build a world that runs like clockwork. But he loves being underestimated. He loves it when a background detail he put into motion in session 2 completely changes everything in session 60. He loves being more clever and forward-thinking than everyone else.
Fluttershy: I see… That’ll be a good thing to keep in mind.
DM: How so?
Fluttershy: Well, I think one of the awkward things about bringing Discord back to face him is, well… I think he was kind of upset at the end of the session, too. And if we bring him back just to exact some petty revenge and delete him from the campaign… Well, that’s going to be kind of terrible for him and not really a victory for us either.
Rainbow Dash: What, so we play the game HIS way to make HIM feel better?! Nuh-uh. We do this OUR way.
Applejack: He was a guest with a role to play. Ah’m sure he’ll understand.
Fluttershy: I know we all kind of want to teach him a lesson… I just think it’ll be easier if we can do it in a way that works best for him, too.
DM: You might be on to something… But if this is going to be a proper Round 2… we’re going to need to make some more preparations.
Twilight Sparkle: …Why are you looking at me?
DM: Because I’m going to need your help. Everyone’s help.
