Nope.  
My interpretation is that she was awake in the previous image/page, but went unconcious from the double P.T.S.D. [an ursa minor took awake her horn, a yeti almost killed her].  
She is awake again in the final panel (in this multi_species Alternate Equestria).
 
Notice that in her dream she was still wearing her “Storm” battlegear. Also, This “Starlight The Yeti Queen” has different shaped, black horns & lower fangs just like The Storm King (so he is probably exactly the same as he was in the MLP MOVIE 2017).  
-> The ursa minor in this nightmare is more similar to a “standard” one than the actual real ursa!Trixie (but is also wearing a pendant with the pony!Trixie´s cutiemark).

Oh, so all of the previous pages was all a dream, and the final panel here is in the main canon we know?

You know this is a dream/fantasy when the stain_glass windows is depicting ALL of the saviors of The Realm as ponies.  
-> It seems her subconcious still has those desires for the complete domination/submission of other races to her power.

Making friends with Starlight and Trixie is going to be harder than she though, when they are literally are her Nightmare. Same species as her past bad memories that is.
