Although it’s covered in the video, for those wondering why Robert Picardo is being interviewed, the paypal account for his fan club was being used by his agent to help distribute the funds collected from the drive in Unicon to the other VAs and, having seen these kinds of incidents before in other conventions, was fine with the account being used if it was able to help everyone out.
