Moondancer: “I don’t. Somepony would probably have to dedicate a lifetime of studying to perfect a transmutation spell of this complexity.”
You ask if Twilight Sparkle could help, and mention that she said her specialty was magic.
Moondancer: “Wait, you know Twilight?”
You tell Moondancer that you only just met, and that she inscribed some runestones for you.
Moondancer: “That sounds… rudimentary… but you’re right. When it comes to magic, Twilight’s always one step ahead. If anypony can help, it would have to be her.”
Sea Swirl: “Why don’t you ask her about it when we get back, Moondancer? You two would make a great team!”
Moondancer: “Yeah, I guess… but… you know…”
Moondancer trails off as she begins to daydream.
