Maybe good Tempest can defeat him? Who knows? Tempest is like smarter than Storm King and Storm King doesn’t seem like the kind of person to do his own dirty work. He only collects the glory. His plan would probably fall apart without Tempest.
Uh oh, maybe the Storm King would’ve succeeded because Tempest was the one who stopped him.
