I just wish the destroy ending wasn’t the only one where Shepard survives. I don’t care if its the biggest plot hole in video game history, it would have been cool to see Shepard reuniting with her LI in the Synthesis ending. Just imagine the look on their face.

I mean, I always thought it was kind of pretentious to have everyone call the one person capable of saving the galaxy Shepard (Get it, player? ’Cuz “Shepard” sounds just like “Shepherd”, hurr hurr hurr), but at least they attempted to have some fucking subtlety up till that point.

Synthesis ending had some possible fridge horror moments. Just think of all the freaking huskified dudes that suddenly got their free will back.
 
The shepard breathing in the last scene had sense if you believed the indoctrination theory.  
Now it’s just… kinda redundant/stupid since it means he/she survived a fall from high orbit.
