I’ve been so excited to introduce this character to y’all! Here we go~
 
Meet Valentine Frappuccino, the only child of Morning Roast and Cinnamon Chai! Val is fairly timid and quiet, much like her Auntie Moondancer. It isn’t much of a surprise that she’s a logical mare, or that she seems to be well prepared for every situation. Valentine does suffer from epilepsy, and has her own seizure alert dog named Java. The two are best friends and tend to act like two peas in a pod, with cheerful but professional Java always looking out for his handler and sweet Val always depending on her dog to warn her of possible seizures. Because of her initial shy behavior, Valentine struggles to stand up to ponies who approach her dog without permission and tends to panic and run off instead, with her dog following closely behind. Val’s special talent is in coffee roasting, which she is able to do both at her own home or at her workplace, depending on how well she’s feeling that day. It’s also rumored that Valentine uses magic to make her ground coffee beans taste so delicious, and gives such happiness and comfort after drinking them.
