Well, we do have filters and spoilers, so for the most part people have to chose to see NSFW stuff.
That said, bumping this to Questionable, bit more on the nose than a “mere” Suggestive.
Can’t say I’m surprised, really. Sometimes I wonder if it is really a good idea to have NSFW images post alongside tame images. Bronies don’t exactly have the reputation on the internet.
