This reminds me of those people that claim Pokemon are evil; they made up a bunch of stuff that has no bearing on the product in the slightest, and it’s something they can’t prove but just feel like they’re right with no evidence.

Yeah yeah i know that it semes a little out there, but, AJ is the kind of farmgal that sometimes likes to buck the traditions, in more ways than one in this case.
 
As for Fluttershy, well she only puts up with her proper persona so that pepole don’t find out that what a sex fiend she, she is the one who dared AJ to make out with & loose her V-Card to RD. Then in the heat of the moment she just lost it & made the dare into a 3-Some & lost her V-Card too.
 
As for Pinkie, we got video evidence of her doing it with non other than Cheerilee of all pepole, right in the middle of the spring ball that took place before EQG 1 started. Needless to say Cheerilee almost got the boot & Pinkie Pie almost got expeld.
 
As for Sunset, yeah that is ture what you are saying, but note even her could resist the absolute Hunk of a Stallion Lieutenant Shining Armor was, there was a reason he got recomended to be promoted to Captain.

Truthfully, most people do lose their v-card in high school and college, even as young as 15, 14, even 13 (way to young IMO). But as for your head-canons:
 
Yeah, Rarity most likely lost hers.
 
I wouldn’t be surprised to find that RD has a share of lovers.
 
Losing your V-card in a 3-some? Highly unlikely. AJ may or may not still have hers, but I guess I could see her losing it to RD (at least hooking up with her in the future). Fluttershy though, no way. She’s far to shy and reserved; she wouldn’t lose her unless she was in an extended committed relationship, and never do it with more than one person, let alone a 3-some. Actually, she seems like the type who would wait until she’s married.
 
I could see Pinkie losing hers at a party, but probably not in high school; definitely in college though.
 
I doubt Sunset lost hers in Equestria. She was too stuck up and mean back then and wanted no part in connecting with others, and was obsessed with her studies. She most likely lost her to Flash when they were dating.
 
Sci-Twi, yeah, she’s definitely still got hers.

First, look on Sci-Twi’s face is utterly hilarious. Second, I completely overlook what Rarity meant when she said “pyramid”, but now that it’s pointed out, it’s so obvious.

Sorry, but i am going to have to break it to you.  
Rarity is far to popular to not have lost her V-Card before the first movie even started.  
Rainbow Dash swings both with the guys & gals of the school & threw he V-Card on the fire + nobody ssy no to Rainbow Dash.  
Fluttershy & Applejack lost their V-Cards to Rainbow Dash, best 3-Some ever Rainbow Dash thought.  
Pinkie Pie lost her V-Card in 1 of her many many parties, she now plans adult parties too.  
Sunset Shimmer lost hers back in Equstria, being the star student of Princess Celestia & being sorounded by all of thoes royal gaurds has its perks.

With them all being in high school, I like to think they all still have their V-cards.
