I like to think that one of the possibilities of anon here having second thoughts is the sudden dawning on him at this doesn’t feel like normal Rainbow Dash (at least Anons perception of Rainbow Dash), and is more like one of those Changeling/Succubus trap situation. And it could very well be possible that it happens to be a “drain your life-force/death by sex” situation over the “extra horny” scenario. Thus now Anon has to quickly contemplate between IWTCIRD and wanting to keep on living. Would he just be willing to end his life for that sweet plot?
