Contest Character Custom Design Entry for LeafyMerilynn <333
Happy
I wasn’t sure around this character first off, since her colours are very dark and mixed with a blueish green but adding the small details on her legs and head, she has quite grown on me. <33
I like the way I’ve done her limited colour palette which I’ve gotten from the beautiful image that needed to be themed onto a pony. ;;
I’m thinking as well of making another themed pony for Leafy contest since this one was so fun and great practice. <33
Just seeing the yellow, blurred glowing spots over the image reminded me of those pretty glowing lights you would hang on a wall. With the branches of the tree being made into a crowned head-dress. <33
This originally was just going to be a one point of view reference of this pony but I got a little carried away did a full reference sheet with her set of eyes and colour palette. ;v;;
Anyways, I hope you like how this design turned out hun and thank you for letting me join this exciting contest. <33

This is my first ever contest.. I just had this idea all of a sudden because i would love to have a 2nd character. I just couldn’t find what I wanted so I thought this contest will be nice.
Huge Art Contest will be held when i get 1k Watchers tho.
About
All you’ll have to do is make a pony inspired by one of the theme that you can find end of this journal.
Rules:
•New Watchers are welcome
•Don’t make heavily inspired character from someone else’s. In the end, you’ll be the one to get in trouble.
•Be creative! The contest will be judged based on that haha.
•Feel free to use a base if you find it hard to draw ponies.
•Play with different shades! You don’t necessarily have to use the EXACT colours from the pictures. But don’t make it too different.
•When you’re done, Link the stash you were inspired from and tag me.
•Share this journal so more people can join and comment “Radiant” if you read the rules.
