Let’s just start with the fact that she is Zipp and Pipp’s mother. If the movie actually has her being the possible antagonist, then I wouldn’t be laughing. I don’t know how others expect me to believe she’s a villain, yet there’s no confirmation of that yet. She has to be a protagonist.

Describing reality for what it is isn’t being cringe and in any case it remains to be seen if she has done something to be really proud of, usually these kinds of characters in cartoons haven’t anything to be proud of.  
However, I didn’t want to attack anyone personally, I didn’t want to say that if someone has done something good he shouldn’t be proud of it.  
I just wanted to express my opinion on this character.  
I didn’t mean that people shouldn’t be proud of themselves, I meant that she is an important point of reference, so it would be better off showing a more humble attitude instead of boasting, as I believe she will do throughout all the movie instead of doing something important.

There were plenty of good leaders throughout history that were a bit of a narcissisit or egotistical or vain. At the same time there we bad leaders who were narcissitic, egotistical and vain. It has little to no bearing on whether someones a good leader or not.

“people of this world are selfish” people have ALWAYS been selfish to a certain degree. ALso being “selfish” at times isn’t inherently a bad thing either, yeah it can be taken too far but some “selfishness” can be good for ones well being and state of mind.
 
Its so weird how you’re THIS offended over seeing a pony who has some vanity and likes positive attention. A lot of the time people who are offended by such vanity tend to be insecure about themselves and their own lives so they take it personally when they see someone else both doing well and being proud of it and flaunting it when they have every right to.
 
Humility has been preached as a “virtue” while confidence (particularly when expressed by women) has historically been demonized for ages and for no good reason.
 
People need to learn that its OK for them to be proud of themselves and to “flaunt” things about them that they’re proud of. Whether its something they made or accomplished or even how they look, both in regards to natural looks, how they dress, and how they where their makeup (makeup and fashion is quite literally a form of artistic expression.
 
If you want to be humble thats perfectly fine, doesn’t mean that people who like to flaunt aspects about themselves they’re proud of are somehow “bad”.

Does it seem to you that a nasty narcissist is a good leader?  
If she doesn’t change her approach and the pegasi continue to take her as a point of reference I think she will only create problems.
 
How can you say that humility is overrated?  
Moral values are very important and sometimes you have to be humble if you really want to get along with others, the problem is our society that has forgotten it, because unfortunately, the people of this world are selfish that only know reach their goals just with their arrogance regardless of the suffering they cause.
