Yeah the Knights were justifiably upset and justifiably stopped trusting others with power…they tried to help the world and Discord made their help look like the worst thing they could have done.

Their mistake was not counting on things being able to change they’re living in the past

Calling the Knights Nazis proves whoever makes the comparison doesn’t know what Nazis are or what that ideology is built on. That’s clear even without making any judgement about their morals or lack thereof. They are not Nazis.

Discord is more heroic than the knights. But as in there time as villains, there reasoning for being villains isn’t exactly evil but there actions are.

I’m European. So I know what nationalism is, and there is a wide range of this from the mild to the extreme - and here these false “knights” are definitely in the Nazi end.
 
I’m furious. Very furious. We had been looking forward to so much world building, a lot of new and other things when S10 started - just to get it derailed by a plot that is now reminiscent of a bad joke. We found magical power abusers who have filled their brains with so much arrogance and ruthlessness, that these have become the worst monsters after Sombra who is honest about his evil, and Grogar who could only have the right to be the worst of the worst. Discord made a huge mess, but we have not yet heard his version, because one can taste an arrogant radiance of this story so strong, that it hurts.
 
Discord’s actions can not justify the attacks on the realms where they have done lasting damage, including by removing the magic of abyssinians as the most visible, as these multiplied the destruction and suffering of their own free choice. After someone who called himself a “leader”, who led monsters who refused to realize that they were done wrong and that they need to heal and help. But it was probably impossible, they did not possess the concept of compassion, friendship and wisdom - they have become the exact opposite of what these meant their elements represent, and freely abuse their power. This shows that the potential for abuse is so great, that element bearers must take heed.
 
They were lost from the beginning. There is no room for forgiveness or compromise. If Twilight does not punish them, she will have to do it, everything else will be a horrible mistake of the writer - then Harmony should intervene and take all the magic from these monstrous “knights”. Now every opportunity for peace between Cunebula and the rest of the world is exhausted; this confession is too provocative.
 
S10 is ruined for all this ??!!

Nationalism does not justify such crimes when one should heal, repair and move on by learning and becoming wiser. They advocated overly extreme solutions that are very deeply uncomfortable to learn about. And thus far too provocative. Grogar will love having them as his loyal soldiers!

Nazi vibes. Twilight must stone or banish them to Tartarus, they are too arrogant and indifferent - and it is obvious that their element of magic is so seriously malfunctioning, that they have become anything but harmony. Those in fact have become monsters that even Sombra would have found uncomfortable, as they did not care about anyone but their own power and interests.
